Parkash Cotton Pressing Factory was founded by one of the Chairperson of this company,
Mr.V.K GARG in 1988. The company is engaged in the manufacturing and supplying of the cottonseed oil cake, cotton seed cake, cotton bales cotton ginning, pressing and crushing of cotton seeds etc. we have been performing very well by the hard-work of all of the family members of the company. And looking forward, the company is growing day-by-day. Our company is equipped by the latest machineries & technology for ginning and pressing cotton & crushing of cotton seeds. Using all of these machineries and paying more hard-work, the company is now able to GIN 1, 00,000 kg of raw cotton per day. We are also able to produce more than 220 Cotton Bales (165 kg) per day.

Incorporated in the year of Oct. 1988, We are having J-34 Cotton business from generations & having experience of about 10-20 years of Manufacturing 100% Cotton & Trading. We are also dealing in some agro products like cotton seed, mustard seed, wheat etc. We have all the manufacturing facilities and workforce that enables us to successfully meet the various demands of our clients. - Transport Seed cotton from market yard to ginnery in truck to protect it from the sun, rain and dust.
- We keep factory premises clean, provide rubbish bins and spittoons at different places.
- Heap of Seed cotton on clean, paved platforms or in well ventilated, covered godowns.
- Engage extra labours to remove contaminants while forming Seed cotton heaps.
- Dry moist Seed cotton in the sun to limit moisture content to within 7-9 percent.
- Provide all workers with white cotton clothing to wear and caps to cover their heads so that hair may not contaminate the cotton.
- Handle all materials such as seed cotton, seed and lint with care to avoid mixing with foreign matter.
- Use grease instead of oil in gear boxes to prevent contamination with oil
- Maintain proper overlap setting and ensure periodical grooving of leather roller to avoid seed cut and fibre breakage.
- Remove metal wires, bolts, machine parts, leather pieces, spilt oil etc. to prevent their entry into seed cotton/lint.
- Before feeding to baling press once again ensure that on extraneous matter gets in to the lint
Use new iron straps.
- Use quick drying good quality ink to print specification on bale cover printed label made of cotton or plastic steel is preferable
- To store cotton bales in a covered godown to avert their exposure to wind , rain, dust etc.

- Disposal of Trash :- Arrangement is made for regular disposal of trash as soon as accumulates. This is necessary to prevent the mixing of trash with seed cotton/lint
- Training :- Fitters, oil men and gin operator have been trained at JADHO GEARS AMRAVATI
- Variety -wise Processing :- Variety-wise and grade-wise cotton is heaped and processed.
- Bale is Covered :- on all sides, preferably with cotton cloth and in a manner specified in BIS Standard and export packing.

Ginning Machine : - Jadho gears make 12 Double Roller Gins with Auto-feeders.
Seed Cotton Cleaner :- Horizontal type with output matching with the requirement of 12 DR gins.
Pneumatic Conveyer system for transferring Seed Cotton :- from heaps to the pre-cleaner, and From pre-cleaner to individual gin.
Pneumatic/Mechanical Conveyor for transporting lint :- From gin machines to Pala House and From Pala House to Press Hall
Seed Conveyor :- for carrying seed from individual gin to the oil crushing room outside the Gin House.
Humidifiers :- to maintain standard moisture in Seed cotton in the Gin House
